Short Description
Single family house (new construction) with living area over 1000 m2. Design work shared between FALANSTÉRIO (architects), ELÍPTICA (engineers) and ECOPERFIL. ECOPERFIL is responsible for the engineering disciplines related with the building eco-efficiency: mechanical (including gas supply), water supply and treatment, thermal analysis and electricity, plus bioclimatic architecture consulting. ECOPERFIL is also expected to determine the economical viability of the proposed measures.
